No Code Automation Specialist

Click Traces is looking for a No Code / AI Automation Specialist with expertise in no-code/low-code AI tools to help streamline and scale our operations. The ideal candidate is skilled in workflow automation, CRM integrations, and AI-driven marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize workflows using GoHighLevel, Vapi, Zapier, and similar platforms
• Integrate marketing, sales, and customer support systems to improve efficiency
• Automate repetitive tasks across CRM, email, and communication channels
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to implement AI-driven solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes for smooth execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automation tools (Zapier, GoHighLevel, Make/Integromat, Vapi, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
