About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented No-Code Web Designer & Funnel Builder to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize high-converting web pages, funnels, and landing pages using leading no-code and drag-and-drop platforms. You will combine strong UI/UX instincts with hands-on platform expertise to deliver seamless digital experiences for our clients. A foundational understanding of GoHighLevel automation is required, as you will collaborate closely with our automation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and websites using drag-and-drop platforms including GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Practice RD, and similar tools.
• Write and structure clean, standards-compliant HTML and CSS to customize and enhance platform-built pages beyond native capabilities.
• Apply strong UI/UX principles to every project — ensuring intuitive layouts, visual hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the automation team to connect front-end pages to GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and CRM systems.
• Build and manage basic GoHighLevel automations including triggers, follow-up sequences, and pipeline stage transitions as needed.
• Perform quality assurance on all builds — testing across devices and browsers before launch.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and communicating progress clearly in English.
• Maintain and update existing funnels, landing pages, and website assets based on performance data and client feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in web design, funnel building, or a related role.
• Proficiency in drag-and-drop platforms: GoHighLevel (GHL), ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, Practice RD, Class4, or equivalent tools.
• Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS for custom page styling and layout adjustments.
• Strong UI/UX knowledge — understanding of conversion-focused design, user flows, and visual design principles.
• Basic familiarity with GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and CRM workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Portfolio demonstrating past funnel builds, landing pages, or web design projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing tools or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation/integration tools.
• Basic understanding of AI-powered tools used in marketing automation.
• Experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per hour
