No-Fault Paralegal

Downtown Buffalo litigation firm seeks a No-Fault Paralegal to assist attorneys with all aspects of New York no-fault litigation and arbitration practice. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and possesses exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all no-fault arbitration, litigation, and examination under oath (EUO) files.
• Prepare and file pleadings, discovery, and arbitration submissions.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and medical providers.
• Maintain accurate case files, calendars, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of no-fault experience (claimant or defense) preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong writing, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and AAA and NYSCEF filings.
