NOC Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1*. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities such as DM, RTA, DDA, DEWA, DED, DCD*

2. Experience with online submission portals and handling all government-related applications for Permits, Licenses, NOC and to obtain necessary approvals through online portals;

• Dubai Municipality
• Dubai Development Authority
• RTA
• DEWA
• Economic Department
• DCD

3. Visit project teams on-site for coordination

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing all government portals related to construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related
• Proficiency in government portals
• Excellent communication, knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Candidate must have their own vehicle for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
