Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network, servers, and systems through NOC tools to ensure smooth operations and uptime.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and service disruptions; take corrective actions or escalate as required.
  • Perform routine system health checks, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot network and system issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Servers).
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems according to defined SLAs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on network/system performance, incidents, and downtime.
  • Document technical processes, incident resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in 24/7 shift rotations (if applicable), ensuring continuous monitoring coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in NOC, network administration, or IT support roles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills for reporting and coordination with teams.
