Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network, servers, and systems through NOC tools to ensure smooth operations and uptime.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and service disruptions; take corrective actions or escalate as required.
- Perform routine system health checks, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot network and system issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Servers).
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems according to defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on network/system performance, incidents, and downtime.
- Document technical processes, incident resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in 24/7 shift rotations (if applicable), ensuring continuous monitoring coverage.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in NOC, network administration, or IT support roles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Good communication skills for reporting and coordination with teams.
