NOC Engineer

Job Profile/Responsibilities –
Handling the International/National Voice call (VOIP, SIP) issues such as Call failure, ASR, ACD, High PDD, FAS, No RBT Mute Call, NLD/ILD Roaming caller issue, CLI issue, one way speech, Packet Drop, Telecom protocols Analysis (SS7, SIP) & Monitoring of alarm and Escalation to concerned Carrier.

▪ Operation and Maintenance of Network.
▪ Traffic/Alarm Monitoring
▪ Submitted KPI reports (for SMS, Voice ,ACD etc)
▪ Raising Fault tickets to Customer Complaints
▪ Resolve the issue within SLA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
