NOC Engineer

Job Title: NOC Engineer (L1)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network, server, and application dashboards for alerts.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting on network and system issues.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
• Coordinate with ISPs/vendors for connectivity or hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and shift handover reports.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux systems.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. FreshService, Ivanti)
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Azure Native Tools).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts.

Preferred:

Azure / CCNA / Network+ / ITIL Foundation or similar certifications.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
