NOC Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all Authorities and Client team to obtain necessary NOCs/Permits.
• Coordinate and collect information from relevant Agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries and issues.
• Monitor progress of drawings for NOCs.
• Able to read and understand the drawings include existing utilities services and utilities corridor.
• Attend kick-off and co-ordination meetings and provide support during NOC process.
• Attending all site visits required by external authorities for site clearance /verifications which are required to receive the NOCs.
• Track utilities NOCs and provide weekly updated log.
• Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time, in terms of the NOC process.
• Coordinate and interface with the design team when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, architect, or any similar field)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi.
• UAE driving license.
