NOC Intern

About the Role

Mercurial Minds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and passionate NOC Interns to join our Network Operations Center. This internship is designed for fresh IT graduates who are eager to start their careers in networking, system monitoring, and IT operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with real-time systems, monitoring tools, and technical support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system performance dashboards and alert systems.
• Escalate issues to relevant technical teams based on predefined procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic network and service-related problems.
• Maintain logs, reports, incident records, and documentation.
• Ensure 24/7 service uptime by supporting shift-based operations (if required).
• Learn and adhere to NOC policies, SOPs, and incident management workflows.
• Support senior engineers in routine maintenance tasks.

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching).
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows server environments (bonus).
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in NOC/Network Engineering.
