Job Description:

• 12+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and Production Support environments.
• Proven ability to mentor a team of SME engineers across multiple IT domains for delivering infrastructure services.
• Extensive experience leading technical transitions, projects, and solutioning, including data center consolidations and large-scale enterprise systems integration.
• Skilled in IT Strategy, IT Transformation, Cloud Architecture, and cloud migration projects.
• Collaborates with Service Delivery and Engineering teams to clarify service expectations through diagrams, documentation, and presentations.
• Effective communicator; experienced in presenting solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manages diverse host environments including web servers, VMware, Hyper-V, Horizon VDI, Citrix, and database servers.
• Experienced in managing Active Directory, DNS, DFS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for Windows/Linux server performance and health checks.
• Proficient in SSO, Okta, and Microsoft MFA administration and issue resolution.
• Skilled in patching/updating Windows OS using SCCM and WSUS.
• Solid understanding of Data Center architecture, virtualization, storage, LAN/WAN networking, routers, switches, and interfaces.
• Knowledgeable in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Automation experience using tools like Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.
• Proficient in managing monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and Datadog.
• Experienced in resource planning based on project scope.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management.
• Collaborates with management on OPEX and CAPEX budgeting for fiscal years.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
