NOC Room Staff – Electrical System & Panel Monitoring

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and alert NOC Room Staff to monitor and manage the electrical systems and control panels of our facility. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation of all electrical systems, providing round-the-clock (24/7) monitoring in three shifts, and immediately reporting any detected faults or abnormalities to the concerned technical team for prompt action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all electrical systems, control panels, and related equipment from the NOC room on a continuous basis.
• Identify and respond to any alarms, warnings, or abnormal conditions in real time.
• Immediately report faults, system abnormalities, or equipment failures to the designated electrical or maintenance staff.
• Record and maintain accurate logs of system performance, events, and shift handovers.
• Support coordination between NOC and field maintenance teams to ensure quick fault resolution.
• Conduct routine visual inspections of system status through monitoring tools or control panels.
• Assist in preventive maintenance planning by reporting recurring alerts or performance trends.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures related to electrical monitoring and system handling.
• Participate in shift rotations to provide 24x7 coverage (three-shift system).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduation
• Experience: freshers with good technical understanding. 1–3 years of experience in NOC operations / electrical monitoring, or facility management preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution.
• Basic troubleshooting and fault reporting knowledge.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a 24-hour, three-shift environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
