About the Role

Tecaudex is seeking a skilled and experienced Node.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Node.js Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that power our web applications. While your core focus will be backend development with Node.js and Express.js, experience with modern frontend frameworks (especially React.js, Next.js) and familiarity with database design (both SQL and NoSQL) will be highly valued. You will collaborate with our cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node.js.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB to design and maintain database schemas, models, and queries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern JavaScript best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the frontend and backend teams to ensure smooth integration and seamless data flow between the components.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Node.js, backend development, and broader web technologies (MERN Stack, JavaScript & TypeScript)
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, identify improvements, and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through self-learning, research, and professional development.

Requirement & Qualification:

• Previous working experience as a Node.js Developer with 2-4 years of experience
• BS degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with GitHub or other revision control systems
• Working knowledge of Javascript.HTML5, and CSS (Including common CSS framework)
• Experienced in implementing applications using Node.js & Express.js
• Familiarity with RESTful principles.
• Must have a knack for developing back-end and custom components in JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end development (using React & Next.js) and database design (especially MongoDB) is a Plus.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and completing the deadlines.
