Node js developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Node.js Developer to work on-site from our Kottayam office. As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, scalable, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of server-side programming, APIs, and experience working with front-end developers to create seamless applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs to support web applications.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Implement security best practices in application development.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Node.js and backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they integrate with back-end services.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks.
• Knowledge of security and data protection best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
