Location: Kharadi,Pune

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js technologies.

Design and implement secure, highly available RESTful APIs.

Implement security measures including token-based authentication (JWT).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Perform application performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Node.js and related technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Primary: Node.js, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Strong experience in developing scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js.

Understanding of authentication protocols (SSO, JWT).

Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring applications.

Familiarity with AWS for messaging and queue management is a plus.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of overall coding experience.

At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js.

Proven experience working with Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Self-motivated and able to own and drive tasks independently.

Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present ideas effectively.

Ability to influence technical decisions and share knowledge to improve team productivity.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
