Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

Looking for a Transport Driver Homebased in Lebanon, Albany, or Corvallis

Duties:

-Must have open availability Monday through Friday

-Must have open availability from 6:00am to 6:00. Rides will be scheduled during that time frame, you are not physically driving 12 hours a day
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner
- Operate various types of vehicles, including vans
- Follow designated routes and schedules
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle

Skills:

- Must be over the age of 25 for insurance coverage

-Must have a clear driving record for the last 7 years, no accidents/no tickets/no infractions
- Valid OREGON driver's license for the last 5 years or other state driving record available for review
- Experience in customer service driving
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with passengers and co-workers
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for passengers
- Ability to handle light lifting, such as assisting passengers with mobility devices

- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations
- Commercial driving experience is desirable but not required

Wages Scale: $2,800-$3,100 before taxes (taxes vary person to person)

Wage Payout: Monthly
