Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule pickups using transportation management system (Route Genie)
- Utilize Route Genie software to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve efficiency.
- Manage dispatching activities ensuring timely pickup and drop off while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, vendors, and customers via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times
- Proficiency with GPS, GIS mapping tools, and fleet management software to enhance routing accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for interacting with clients, drivers, and team members.
- Ability to multitask effectively using multi-line phone systems while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
