Duties
- Safely operate shuttle buses, vans, or limousines to transport patients to medical facilities, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly customer service and support as needed
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Manage scheduling and routing efficiently to maximize punctuality and service reliability
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, medical staff, and passengers to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and special requests
- Handle heavy lifting when assisting passengers with mobility devices or luggage while maintaining safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage logs, and vehicle condition reports
Requirements
- Shift is Monday-Friday and optional to work on weekend if there are trips
- Must be available 6am-6pm usually and shifts is usually 8-10hr shifts on average
- Overtime Available
- Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers, team members, and healthcare providers
- Knowledge of paratransit operations and safety regulations governing commercial driving
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting passengers or handling equipment
- Experience with vehicle maintenance routines and troubleshooting minor issues
- Prior background in school bus driving or Medical Transportation is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and reliability

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
