Marley Healing Hands HealthCare Inc dba Blomax Center is a leading provider of treatment services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our Adult Day Program (DTA) in Mesa is dedicated to fostering community interaction and helping our members achieve their goals through personalized support. We are currently seeking Full time/part time compassionate and reliable Drivers to join our dynamic team.

Driver Responsibilities:

Now Hiring Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers

Are you a reliable driver who wants to make a difference in your community? We are hiring Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers to transport insurance members to and from their homes to DTA/DTA to Home.

• Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, insured vehicle (unless using company vehicle – depending on position)
• Smartphone for navigation and app usage
• Friendly, professional attitude
• Background check and drug screening required
• Drive designated AM and PM routes to transport members to and from the program.
• Assist with loading and unloading individuals as necessary, including lifting and securing individuals safely.
• Maintain meticulous records of daily transportation times and perform weekly vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must pass AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance application and Criminal History check (State of Arizona requirement).
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving history (required for driving position, must be 21+ years old).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 professional references.
