Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable and compassionate NEMT Drivers to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting clients safely to their appointments while providing dignity, comfort, and outstanding customer service throughout every trip.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and timely transportation for clients to medical appointments and other approved destinations.
• Assist passengers in and out of vehicles, including those with wheelchairs, walkers, or mobility challenges.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain them in clean, working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
• Complete trip logs, mileage reports, and any required documentation.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, dispatch, and office staff.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and assist clients in and out of the vehicle.
• CPR/First Aid and PASS Training (preferred, but not required).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
