Job Description:

We are hiring a HR Recruiter to join our team at Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel, bakery, or retail recruitment and should be confident in handling sourcing, onboarding, and file maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel, bakery, and retail divisions.
• Source candidates through Naukri.com, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate selections.
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment (preferably hotel/bakery/retail).
• Strong knowledge of Naukri sourcing and candidate management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Chennai-based candidates only.
