Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (Sales, Accounts, HR, Admin, Production, Engineering, Operations, etc.)
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and local hiring
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance
- Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets
- Support onboarding documentation and joining process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
