Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Non-Linear Editor (NLE) to edit and assemble program content in line with editorial guidelines and broadcast standards. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit program content including shows, segments, promos, and special features
• Assemble raw footage into high-quality, broadcast-ready programs
• Add graphics, music, sound effects, and voiceovers as required
• Ensure accurate timing, transitions, and visual continuity
• Coordinate with producers, directors, and content teams to meet editorial requirements
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with channel standards
• Manage and organize video files and project archives

Requirements & Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience as a Non-Linear Editor (Program editing experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, or similar NLE software
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Team-oriented with good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
• Experience working in a TV channel or production house

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs52,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
