Develop and implement the non-medical procurement strategy across the group to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, optimizing quality, cost efficiency, and delivery standards.
Lead the sourcing process by issuing requests for quotations, identifying alternative suppliers, and ensuring competitive terms for quality, price, payment, and delivery.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative supplier solution
Oversee and approve price analysis reports, ensuring selection of the best suppliers and effective cost management.
Lead and manage negotiations with suppliers to secure the most favorable commercial terms for the group.
Monitor and control cash outflows related to procurement, while developing alternative supplier options with competitive terms.
Provide strategic support in preparing bids, tenders, and corporate deals with comprehensive analysis (latest purchase/consumption prices, supplier performance, and market trends).
Oversee the proper implementation and compliance of group-wide tenders and agreements, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
Establish and maintain supplier performance evaluation systems, ensuring delivery compliance, product quality, and addressing supplier performance gaps.
Resolve supplier-related issues by managing escalated complaints, correspondence, and disputes across the group.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration.
Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CIPS/CSCP is a plus).
8–10 years of progressive experience
in procurement or supply chainwith at least
3–4 years in a supervisory/managerial role
