Non-Medical Procurement Supervisor

Core Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for negotiating to ensure the best possible cost and developing "win-win" strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
• Implement supplier agreements/ contracts by working with suppliers and communicating with other departments to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions.
• Reviewing all supply orders issued by the procurement team prior to issuance to suppliers accurately and ensuring the correct quantities, prices, method of payment and any other information .
• Ensure compliance and compliance with the procurement team in the hospital's matrix of powers before issuing supply orders to suppliers.
• Ensure that the hospital procurement team complies with procurement policies established by the supply and supply chain.
• Responsible for the analysis of any new tenders and any deals for companies with proper related analysis that will be reported to the supply chain management and consequently to be sent to his procurement officials.
• Follow-up deviation and change in cost prices, whether by increasing or decreasing and providing analysis and the reasons related to that change and how it affects profitability.
• Overseeing direct reports including performance reviews.

Qualifications: -

• Bachelor ‘s degree in related field
• Must experience in the purchases from 5 to 8 years
• Excellent command of English language.
