$23/hr + $500 Hiring Bonus
20–30 hours/week Split Shifts Company Vehicle Provided

We are seeking a reliable and patient driver to transport adults with disabilities to and from their day programs. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and consistent on‑time performance. You will be driving a company vehicle and supporting clients who depend on safe, respectful transportation every day.

Most shifts are split (morning and afternoon), with the possibility of 4–6 hour continuous shifts in the future. Paid training is provided.

$500 hiring bonus paid after 30 days of employment.

After a 3‑month probation period, eligible drivers may take the company vehicle home and begin their route from their residence.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport adults with disabilities to and from their programs
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Arrive on time for all scheduled pick‑ups and drop‑offs
• Keep accurate daily odometer and attendance records
• Operate a company vehicle following all safety and compliance procedures
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff
• Complete CPR/First Aid training (company‑supported if not already certified)

Requirements

• Valid California driver’s license
• Clean driving record (no major violations)
• Current CHP‑approved fingerprints and background check
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete after hire)
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM)
• Patience, professionalism, and respect when working with adults with disabilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
