The instructor is responsible for training department staff in both technical and non-technical skills based on business needs. The role involves delivering multi-functional training programs using effective training methodologies, appropriate instructional materials, and strong presentation skills to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
Maintain and update training documentation including course materials, curricula, web-based training content, and student guides.
Deliver advanced training using adult learning techniques such as instructor-led training, e-learning, and other educational methods.
Identify and implement new technology-based training solutions to enhance learning effectiveness.
Prepare, manage, and evaluate written and practical assessments, and produce performance evaluation reports.
Design and manage training evaluations and certifications.
Develop customized training and quality assessment reports based on business needs.
Manage training tools and special service tools (SST) required for technicians and trainers.
Recommend and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for training quality and processes.
Conduct on-the-job audits and workshop training sessions.
Manage and report on Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) related to technical training activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Basic knowledge of service processes and procedures.
Technical diploma or community college certificate in automotive technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical trainer (Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred).
