We are seeking a proactive Non-Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across different departments, including sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to ensure a smooth and professional hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-technical positions.
- Post job ads on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.).
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-technical hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
