About the Role:

The Non Union Janitor position at Jasper Group, plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors within the Consumer Support Services industry. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with the ability to follow safety guidelines.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a consumer support services or office environment.
  • Familiarity with environmentally friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices.
  • Certification in workplace safety or hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing floors, surfaces, and restrooms.
  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and conference rooms to ensure a tidy appearance at all times.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low or equipment requires maintenance.
  • Report any facility maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to comply with health regulations and company standards.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup for company events or meetings as needed.
