Job Description:

IMC Restaurant & Bar is hiring a Billing & Front Desk Associate to manage billing operations and support front-of-house customer service in a fast-paced airport restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer billing, invoices, and payment processing
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system accurately
• Assist customers with billing-related inquiries
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order accuracy
• Maintain proper records of daily sales transactions
• Ensure smooth front desk operations in a busy airport environment
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Basic experience in billing, cashier, or restaurant operations preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport setting
• Basic computer/POS knowledge
• Responsible and detail-oriented

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
