Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires on residential cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
• Demonstrate proper cleaning methods including floor care, carpet cleaning, laundry, and sanitation procedures
• Educate team members on janitorial and custodial best practices for various residential environments
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance cleaning quality and efficiency
• Ensure all trainees understand the importance of sanitation standards, housekeeper management, and professional conduct
• Collaborate with management to develop training materials that reflect current industry standards and company policies
• Monitor trainee progress through assessments and practical evaluations, adjusting training approaches as needed
• Train new cleaning technicians on company procedures and quality standards
• Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage
• Conduct field training in customers' homes
• Perform residential cleaning services alongside trainee
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service standards are maintained

Experience

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management, with a strong background in janitorial or custodial roles
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate others
• Familiarity with training methodologies and the ability to lead engaging instructional sessions
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
• Prior experience in supervisory or trainer roles within the cleaning industry is a plus
