What You’ll Do

• Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and seasonal beverages with care and consistency
• Provide genuine, friendly service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Upsell and serve pastries, paninis, açaí bowls, and other menu items
• Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day
• Support opening and closing routines to ensure smooth daily operations
• Represent the Bequest Coffee Co brand with pride and professionalism

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous barista or café experience required
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid WA Food Handler’s Card
• Must hold or be able to obtain a MAST Permit (alcohol service permit)
• Friendly, dependable, and able to work well in a small-business environment
• Weekend availability required
