Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at VIP events and promotions. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand — engaging directly with guests, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and helping drive awareness and loyalty for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Event Set-up and Breakdown:
- Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces, including displays, promotions, or sampling stations.
- Lift and move materials safely (up to 44 lbs) and dispose of trash promptly after the event concludes.
✅ Brand Promotion:
- Provide a friendly face for the product or service, delivering key messages to guests in a clear and enthusiastic way.
- Distribute samples, promotions, and swag; collect leads or customer data when required.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and the event itself.
- Utilize social media platforms to amplify the brand's presence (optional, if applicable).
✅ Team Support:
- Be flexible and adaptable — willing to help in other roles if the event team needs additional support.
- Collaborate with teammates and follow instructions from supervisors to make sure the event runs smoothly.
Requirements:
✅ Physical Ability:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 44 lbs frequently and safely.
- Ability to perform physical tasks — bending, kneeling, lifting, standing for long periods — without discomfort.
✅ Team-Oriented Attitude:
- Positive, adaptable, and flexible — ready to help wherever you’re needed.
- Dependable — we need team members who show up on time, stay for their whole shift, and follow through on responsibilities.
✅ Communication Skills:
- Clear, respectful, and effective communication with teammates, supervisors, and guests.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor — comfortable interacting with a range of people.
✅ Adaptability:
- Willingness to perform a range of duties — from promotions and customer engagement to setting up or tearing down a space — depending on the event's needs.
- Ability to stay composed and find solutions when things change or become hectic.
✅ Other Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from events — especially when locations aren’t easily accessible by public transit.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow a specific dress code or uniform policy if required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
✅ Work Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- Experience in promotions, customer service, food service, or hospitality is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated people who are eager to learn.
