Job Summary
Cold Stone Creamery of Daryl Carter Parkway is now hiring smiling faces for its crew member position. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the Aloha POS system for efficient order processing.
• Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
• Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment for customers.
• Support team members in various tasks as needed, including food preparation and inventory management.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory counts and stock management.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Basic math skills are essential for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
