NOW HIRING: Garage Foreman/Manager - Automotive Workshop (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Foreman/Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy automotive workshop.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage repair work for mechanical, electrical, bodywork (painting and denting), and diagnostics.
• Prepare cost estimates for repairs and coordinate with suppliers for spare parts.
• Plan and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service.
• Keep service records, job cards, and parts logs updated.
• Ensure the workshop follows safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Work closely with management, customers, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing an automotive workshop in the UAE or Gulf.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance (petrol and diesel).
• Experience in preparing repair estimates and coordinating spare parts.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
