About the Role

As a Medication Technician, you are at the heart of what we do. You’ll provide hands-on care, administer medications under nurse supervision, and serve as a trusted, daily support system for the individuals we serve.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a team-based, people-first environment.

? What You’ll Do

  • Administer medications safely under the supervision of Program Nurses
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide direct care support, including assistance with ADLs/IADLs
  • Monitor and engage with clients throughout the day
  • Co-facilitate psychosocial and therapeutic activities
  • Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment at all times
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and collaboration
  • Transport clients to community activities (after training)
  • Support overall program success with additional duties as needed

  • Reports To: Program Nurse & Program Manager
  • Supervisory Role: None

Requirements:

Position Responsibilities

Responsible for completing all pertinent clinical documentation.

Co-facilitate psychosocial activities and therapeutic integration activities.

Responsible for ensuring all safety measures are always adhered to and followed.

Monitor clients at all times throughout the premises.

Provide direct care services specific to ADLs/IADLs with clients.

Participate in weekly team meetings.

Transport clients to activities in the community after successfully completing vehicle training.

Other duties as assigned by Program Manager and/or Program Nurse.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required that all employees wear pre-approved masks as designated by the CDC guidelines, to include surgical masks, KN95 masks, or N95 masks.
