Location: San Diego & Eastlake (Travel between mini-offices required)

Compensation: $70,000 Annual Salary + Performance Bonus Structure

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, creative, and skilled NP or RN to join our growing aesthetics and wellness practice. This is a part-time salaried position (30 hours per week) ideal for a professional passionate about aesthetic medicine, wellness care, and client engagement. The role blends clinical expertise with creativity, client communication, and concierge-level service.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and IV therapy with precision and care.
• Provide wellness and weight loss consultations, collaborating with clients on personalized plans.
• Deliver concierge in-home services (e.g., IV hydration, Botox, vitamin injections) as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and aesthetic protocols.

Client Engagement & Follow-Up

• Build and maintain warm, professional relationships with clients.
• Conduct follow-up calls with previous and current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver a luxury, friendly, and patient-centered experience at every visit.

Creative & Administrative Duties

• During downtime, contribute creatively by helping develop social media content, organize client files, and support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with content creation—photos, videos, reels, and educational posts for digital platforms.
• Maintain office organization, stock supplies, and support team operations.

Qualifications

• Active California RN or NP License (required).
• Experience in aesthetic medicine—Botox, fillers, and IV therapy (required).
• Knowledge or interest in weight management and wellness medicine.
• Excellent communication and people skills—must be friendly, kind, and client-focused.
• Creative mindset with the ability to support branding and social media efforts.
• Comfortable traveling between San Diego and Eastlake locations and performing in-home visits as needed.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently with initiative.
