Position: RN DON

Status: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Valid Arkansas Nursing License

• Current CPR Certification

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff, residents, families, and visitors

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of nursing activities in compliance with long-term care regulations.

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

• Collaborate with staff, residents, and families in a professional and tactful manner.

• Manage nursing staff schedules and participate in on-call responsibilities.

• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the nursing team.
