Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced NPD Procurement Manager to lead new product development and manage procurement activities from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage prototypes, ensure quality standards, and support smooth product introduction into manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD)

  • Lead and coordinate NPD activities across design, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market demands.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and new product opportunities.
  • Manage product roadmaps, development timelines, and budgets.

Design, Prototyping & Testing

  • Oversee product design, prototyping, and testing to ensure all specifications are met.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to improve product quality and manufacturability.
  • Understanding of PPAP processes including T0, T1, T2 level prototyping.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and QC teams for seamless NPD execution.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with product information, positioning, and launch plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Process & Stakeholder Management

  • Implement best practices and agile methodologies in product development.
  • Track and monitor product performance after launch.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and timelines.
  • Analyze competitor products, trends, and market dynamics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Relevant experience in product development and procurement (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of NPD processes, prototyping stages, and production workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing, and quality standards.
