NPD & R&D Manager (mechanical )

• Team Leadership: Leading and managing teams of scientists and engineers, motivating them, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Product Development: Overseeing the development of new products and technologies, and the enhancement of existing ones.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Conducting market research, polling consumers, and anticipating trends to identify new business and product opportunities.
• Project Oversight: Managing the entire R&D process, including design, development, testing, and the eventual commercialization of new products.
• Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing) and potentially with academic and industry partners.
• Budget Management: Securing funding sources and managing the R&D budget effectively.
• Reporting: Compiling and presenting information on research findings to stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
