NPE Intake Analyst - ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy, Release, Service Request

Role description

Request Intake & Validation

  • Act as the single-entry point for all NPE requests from project/product delivery teams.
  • Validate requests for completeness (scope, approvals, dependencies, timing).
  • Provide effort/usage/cost estimates to stakeholders before committing resources.
  • Categorize and route requests to the right owner (Environment Manager, Change Manager, Incident Manager).

Coordination & Communication

  • Maintain dashboards/reports on request pipeline, SLA status, and upcoming allocations.
  • Proactively communicate request progress, blockers, and approvals to requestors.
  • Work with Environment Manager for demand forecasting and scheduling feasibility.
  • Align with Incident Manager on access/service requests.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years in Release, Service Request, or Environment Coordination roles.
  • Experience to create jira dashboard/different metrics.
  • Familiarity with non-production environments and SDLC lifecycle.
  • Strong experience with ticketing/ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
  • Ability to assess usage patterns and indicative cost implications of NPE requests.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting delivery teams.

Nice to have :-

  • Telecommunication experience.
  • Understanding of E2E flow or architecture.
