NPI EPS Support Specialist

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Submit Apple account access requests for external vendors according to EPS directions, utilizing Apple’s internal systems.

Reset external vendor passwords upon request from EPS to maintain secure and timely access.

Communicate completed access details to EPS within 24 hours of receiving the access request to ensure seamless vendor onboarding.

Acknowledge and review incoming shipment emails and accompanying documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate directly with shippers to resolve any discrepancies or errors in shipment details.

Import shipment records into Apple’s systems and ensure proper transfer to unit recipients, following established processes for different shipment types and locations.

Track shipments daily, working closely with Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs) to address issues and unblock delayed shipments.

Provide daily shipment status updates to each Line of Business (LOB) group to maintain clear communication and visibility across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
