Role Description
You will be responsible for Sourcing, Negotiation, Supplier relationship management, project

management as well as on time delivery and purchasing price to meet the organizations short-
and long-term business objectives.You will also be responsible for purchasing of Logistics

• Negotiate with the vendors / suppliers for the purchase of components, supplies, tools

and other commodities prior to order release, based on competitive quotes and
evaluation of fair price, delivery and payment terms

• Development of supplier strategices and cost efficient processes aimed at achieving

best cost and meeting projects targets.

• Adapt NPM Purchasing process to aling with local conditions
• Assist management in improving and refining the Make / Buy decision process
• Conduct market research and cost bench-marking for various NPM commodities.
• Integrity, Dedication & self-driven attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Be an effective team player and lead internal cross functional teams regarding

purchasing activities.

• Able to communicate effectively in international review meetings
• Proven hands-on experience in managing contract lifecycle activities, including

drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance monitoring

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end capital goods procurement, including sourcing,

negotiation, and vendor management.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil engg.
• Sound knowledge in
• Challenging work on cutting-edge software technologies with a clear Logistics

services(Sea freight & Air freight) of both Domestic & international. Purchasing of
Machines, Equipments, infrastructure projects, AMC & auxiliaries like Maintenance
Repair and Operation Supplies, Facility management, Travel & fleet.

• SAP experience - MM module
• SAP Ariba
• Costing Principles and Pricing
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Experience in medium to large projects
• Market knowledge, sourcing skills
