Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Oncology team in Crystal Lake, IL. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients.

• PA/NP will support oncology practice and work with an experienced Oncology Physician
• Responsible for managing patients in the office setting

Qualifications:

• Accredited schooling through a Physician Assistant Degree Program or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Obtain CME experience as required for re-certification
• Hold valid state license
• Current DEA
• ATLS certification or other certifications as required
