As NSP/OMS TEC Engineer As ensuring efficient troubleshooting, issue replication, and resolution. Collaborate with development teams, leveraging strong knowledge of Unix systems, optical networking, databases, microservices, Docker, and networking. Utilize scripting (Shell, Perl) and Java troubleshooting skills while preparing detailed technical documentation to drive service improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales technical support for WSNOC, WSO, and WS-RC products.
- Deliver customer-focused Tier 3 (Level 3) technical support services with strong technical expertise.
- Replicate customer issues in the lab environment and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Independently handle customer Assistance Requests (ARs) for troubleshooting and ensure faster resolution in line with stringent restoration/resolution KPIs.
- Act as the primary technical support point of contact with 4th-level support and development centers.
- Perform detailed technical analysis and identify the root cause of complex issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, knowledge base articles, FAQs, tips, and Methods of Procedure (MoPs).
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
