Job Description

Under the supervision of the ERPNext Project Manager, you will:

• Configure overlay and underlay networking connectivity for virtualized environments.
• Integrate NSX-T with existing infrastructure such as hypervisors, switches, and routers.
• Implement network services (DHCP, NAT, VPN) within the NSX-T environment.
• Define and enforce security policies using NSX-T’s distributed firewall and micro-segmentation.
• Implement network segmentation to isolate workloads and manage access control.
• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Configure and manage NSX-T security features (VPN, IDS/IPS, SSL decryption).
• Monitor NSX-T performance metrics (throughput, latency, resource utilization).
• Analyze traffic patterns and optimize network overlays for efficiency.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and congestion issues.
• Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments for NSX-T deployments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across NSX-T environments.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, and overlay/underlay configurations.
• Resolve security-related incidents and collaborate with the security team.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams for escalation of complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge sharing to teams and stakeholders.

User Support Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries on software or hardware operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues by diagnosing root cause and providing solutions.
• Maintain logs of communication transactions, issues, and actions taken.
• Develop and maintain knowledge bases and FAQs.
• Set up hardware, operating systems, and software for employee use.
• Train users on proper use of systems and equipment.
• Conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Refer major hardware/software issues to vendors or technicians.

Skills & Expertise

• Lead and manage a team of ERPNext developers, including task allocation and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and architect complex ERPNext features and modules.
• Oversee implementation, testing, and deployment of ERPNext updates and releases.
• Optimize ERPNext performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Establish and enforce best practices for software development and project management.
• Mentor the team to ensure high-quality code and continuous improvement.
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
• Manage resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (VMware Network Virtualization, CCNA, CCNP) are highly beneficial.
• Strong experience with NSX-T components: logical switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers.
• Proficiency in SDN concepts and technologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Ability to diagnose issues in NSX-T infrastructure, connectivity, and security.
• Experience troubleshooting network performance problems and security incidents.
• Understanding of network security principles and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.).
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible) for automation.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs523,000.00 - Rs598,000.00 per month
