Job Overview

We are looking for a Network & System Support Engineer to handle technical support for our US-based clients. The candidate must be capable of resolving both system and network-related issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues (L1/L2).
  • Support Windows, Linux, servers, AD, DNS, DHCP.
  • Manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
  • Monitor network performance and perform routine maintenance.
  • Respond to support tickets within SLA.
  • Communicate clearly with US clients and document all work.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in system/network support.
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux basics, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with firewalls and VPNs.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with MSPs or international support.
  • Certifications: CCNA, Network+, MCSA (optional).
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, ConnectWise).
