Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring NTT (Nursery Trained Teacher) / Mother Teacher who can handle young learners with patience, empathy, and creativity. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a nurturing personality, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a joyful and safe classroom environment for children.
• Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Focus on the holistic development (academic, emotional, and social) of each child.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and self-expression through play-based learning.
• Maintain records of children’s development, attendance, and achievements.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff to plan events and activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed in Early Childhood Education
✅ Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a pre-primary or mother teacher (preferred)
✅ Strong command over English (spoken and written)
✅ Warm, patient, and child-friendly demeanor
✅ Creative approach to teaching and classroom management
