Job Purpose:
The NUPCO Manager oversees all operational and commercial activities related to NUPCO, ensuring smooth execution of purchase orders, on-time supply, accurate reporting, and full alignment with internal departments a, manufacturers and NUPCO. The role ensures revenue achievement, resolves supply delays, and supports the team to meet NUPCO’s operational and commercial requirements.
Responsibilities
1. NUPCO Reporting & Coordination

Monitor and review all NUPCO-related reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of required NUPCO data and documentation.

Maintain continuous communication with NUPCO to address updates, inquiries, and follow-ups.
2. Purchase Order (PO) Management

Follow up on all supplied (delivered) POs and ensure proper documentation.

Monitor new purchase orders and ensure timely approval of new PRs/POs.

Review and approve all new purchase requests.

Follow up on partial deliveries and ensure closure or completion of remaining quantities.

Track pending and overdue purchase orders and escalate delays when necessary.
3. Supply & Inventory Control

Ensure accurate stock levels for NUPCO items and monitor warehouse inventory.

Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers to open new orders and confirm timelines.

Follow up on inbound shipments, delivery schedules, and supply confirmations.

Resolve any supply chain delays or discrepancies with internal teams and warehouses.
4. Revenue & Financial Performance

Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue achievement from all NUPCO business.

Monitor sales revenue (POD) and ensure full realization.

Ensure financial accuracy and alignment between sales, inventory, and supply chain.

Provide management with revenue risk assessments and corrective actions.
5. Forecasting & Budgeting

Prepare and submit forecast reports for products, supply, and revenue.

Raise monthly and quarterly sales reports for NUPCO business.

Support annual budget planning with accurate data and projections.
6. Team Leadership & Internal Communication

Define clear tasks and responsibilities for the NUPCO operations team.

Support and guide the team to ensure successful and timely execution of their duties.

Act as the main point of communication between the NUPCO team and other departments, including Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.

Provide continuous updates to management and highlight risks or improvement areas.
7. Issue Resolution & Compliance

Resolve delays, supply issues, and operational challenges related to NUPCO.

Ensure compliance with NUPCO policies, timelines, and documentation requirements.

Coordinate with QA, Logistics, and Regulatory departments for any special requirements.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

Above 5 years of experience in operations (preferably with NUPCO experience).

Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) is an advantage.

Proficiency in NUPCO portal.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and coordination abilities.
