Home Nurse & Care Giver

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, and experienced Home Nurse & Care Giver with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home healthcare, with the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Main Accountabilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to the specific needs of elderly patients• Administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with pain management when necessary• Support mobility, prevent falls, and assist with physical therapy or rehabilitation routines if needed• Assist with daily activities• Ensure proper nutrition and hydration as per dietary guidelines• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the patient’s living area• Coordinate with healthcare providers and report any changes in condition promptly• Keep accurate health records and medication logs• Accompany the patient to doctor appointments & other appointments if needed• May require flexible hours, night shifts, or weekend availabilityQualifications: • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or equivalent qualification • Proven experience as a home nurse or caregiver with geriatric experience• Basic life support (BLS) and CPR certification• Ability to handle medical equipment (e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucometers)• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude• Excellent communication skills• Holding a valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
