Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to patients in wards, ICU, and OPD
• Administer medications, chemotherapy, and injections as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs, report abnormalities, and manage symptoms
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records and patient charts
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies
• Prepare patients for surgery and support post-operative care
• Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and safety practices
• Educate patients and caregivers about treatment and care routines
• Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, and other departments for smooth workflow
• Participate in shift handovers and nursing audits

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
